These terms govern your use of vurbify.com and the Vurbify service. By using the service, you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your sign-in details secure, and for activity under your account. Information you give us must be accurate.

Workspaces

Workspace owners and admins control membership, roles, permissions and data settings for their workspace. If you join a workspace, its owner and admins can manage your access to it.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you and your workspace create on Vurbify, including meeting recordings, transcripts and messages. You give us permission to host, process and display that content only as needed to provide the service.

You are responsible for having the right to record and transcribe meetings, including getting consent from participants where the law requires it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe others' rights;
• harass, threaten or harm others;
• upload malware or interfere with the service;
• try to access accounts, workspaces or data without permission;
• resell or misuse the service in ways it was not designed for.

Third-party services

The service may let you connect AI agents and other third-party services. Your use of them is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Changes and availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service. We may update these terms; if we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or if needed to protect the service or others.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Transcripts, summaries and other generated content may contain errors; please check important information.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vurbify is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service.
